At Château Mauvinon, the work made on the vineyard is close to gardening. Every single vine is observed, cared for, shaped, so the grapes can be at perfect maturity for October.
To do so, grassing is made naturally, leaf thinning is moderate at East and West, green harvests allow us to get perfectly sound grapes.
